Who am I and what do I know about the shoe industry?

Hi there,

My name is Sarah, I’m a stay at home mom, who used to work as a purchasing manager at one of the biggest shoe retailers in the United States and Canada.

I was responsible for product selection in over 250 stores in 50 different cities in both the USA and South-East Canada.

Why did I create Planetshoes.net?

I really love shoes, I mean every woman does, right? I personally own over 100 pairs of shoes and was at some point, addicted to buying them.

Now as I’ve taken an extended maternity leave, I’ve decided to create a simple site where I could write about my passion and share my expertise.

Plus, to be fully honest – if I am able to provide value to you, I hope to arrange some affiliate deals with the shoe brands that I recommend so that I could earn some money back.
